# 14: Technorati

Using Technorati is a great way of finding blogs and keeping your favourites together, although I've always been happy with the Google blog search and Bloglines. However, the tagging is an invaluable tool - I can use my own tags instead of somebody else's. The Wishlist looks like saving lots of time!

Using the technorati search tool I've found a couple of great sites: Alternative teen Services which I'm really looking forward to checking out in more detail! Another site, Australian this time, is: Librarians matter, by Kathryn Greenhill, of fremantle, Western Australia. One of her recent posts has some interesting comments on social networking, and some discussion about a presentation made by Kathryn to the SLQ Library2.0 Unconference (you'll have to look it up!)

I've added these two blogs to Bloglines and to my Blogroll. Speaking of adding things, I'm accumulating a long list of user names and passwords as I progressively register for all the tools, sites and services we need for this course! Another problem is that I'm going to need lots of time to use all these tools we've been discovering.
